We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

A: The preserved flowers are treated to be long-lasting. With proper care (avoid direct sunlight), they will retain their beauty for years.
Our dandelions are carefully packaged to ensure proper storage during transportation. The following instructions are required to fully realize the potential of the fluff:
1. Carefully remove the pampas from the packaging and shake it outside. You can also turn the dandelion upside down and gently roll the dandelion stem with your hands (falling off is normal, don’t worry about the fluff off).
2. Use a hair dryer to blow until fluffy. It takes about a few minutes.
3. After it is fully opened, you can spray it gently with hair spray to reduce shedding.
4. If necessary, lightly spray your favorite scent.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
